Will has decided to go part time. He is finding it increasingly difficult to teach as he feels he has been undermined for the past 16 years by successive governments. He is looking forward to being able to spend more time in the Lakes.
Will is a teacher in Kendal. He has a busy life looking after his wife Therese, who has MS, and his daughter Siobhan, who has a rare condition called Prada Willi Syndrome.
