Carlisle Live: More than just music

There's a whole host of family entertainment to be had away from the main stage at this year's Carlisle Live.

The Children’s Zone is a new addition to this year’s site. It has two full days of DJ’s and MC’s, with Ironik topping the bill on Sunday, riding high in the charts currently with the smash hit “Stay With Me”.
He will be joined by acts including the electric DJ Dazzo, Ultrabeat, DJ Q & MC Bones and DJ Krafty over the weekend.

In the Children’s Zone and around Bitts Park many parades, workshops and games will take place for all the family to enjoy, including The Bread and Butter Theatre Company and The Barracudas Carnival Parade. A huge variety of performers to enjoy, from the Van Dunk Brothers and Berzerkas Circus welcoming people at the gates, through to the Fairly Famous Family’s hilarious Tennis Show where everyone can take part! Food and drink is also on offer across the park.

To top all this off there is a funfair and fireworks at the end of each evening. Carlisle Live has something special for all the family.

Carlisle Live is a charity fund raising event. All proceeds are being donated to local charities, The Richard Rose Academy and CFM’s Cash For Kids Appeal.
