'Dance for children and young people'

Local authorities have commissioned freelance consultants Ros Porter and Diana Johnson to look at a whole range of issues affecting dance, from dance classes, performances and spaces to training for professional dancers.

Ros and Diana - "There’s already a colossal amount going on in the area. We're interested in dance for children and young people as well as adults from a whole range of cultural traditions."

More dance for Warwickshire?
"We hope our research will result in a higher profile for different kinds of dance in the area, and more consistent opportunities to see and work with resident and visiting dance artists."

Professionals and amateurs alike are asked to contribute views
Ros and Diana are inviting anyone with a professional or recreational interest in dance to contribute their views.

There'll be two dance seminars/meetings – one for dance teachers and one for dance artists, both of which will be held twice to enable people to attend.
