Leamington and Warwick Musical society last performed The King and I in 1968 and three members of the original cast are also in this production, almost 40 years later. The Rodgers and Hammerstein musical includes comedy and drama as has in it such well known songs as Whistle a Happy Tune, Shall We Dance and Getting to Know You. It is performed at the Royal Spa Centre from 17-21 April starting at 7.30pm, with a matinee on the Saturday afternoon at 2.30pm.
