David is celebrating his 14th year working for the BBC, the past seven of which have seen him fronting BBC Radio Cornwall’s morning entertainment show. The David White Show is an entrancing mix of music, celebrity interviews, live phone-ins, competitions and plenty of email and text messages from listeners.

Funny, witty and often risqué the programme certainly keeps you guessing as to what’s going to happen next. If you're looking for wallpaper radio you definitely won't find it here!

David can regularly be heard exchanging barbed comments with his army of truckers and drivers who tune in. Self confessed Country fanatic, listen out for hillbilly tunes slipped in between classic rock tracks (David’s other love!).

Recent guests have included The Mavericks, Hayseed Dixie, Sir David Attenborough, Coldplay, Caprice, Myleene Klass, Alex Parks, Sarah Brightman, Julian Lloyd-Webber, Claire Goose, Lisa Faulkner & The Proclaimers! Myleene and Lisa were also “lucky” enough to be put on David’s “Casting Couch”!

David has presented the show from various locations around Cornwall but one of his favourites was when he took the show to Orlando, Florida!! 

The David White Show is on air Monday to Saturday 9 am – 12 noon on 95.2, 96 and 103.9 FM, BBC Radio Cornwall
