Meet Han Hui. She is the lucky winner of the 2007 BBC Learning English Online Competition which took place in China. The first prize was a two week trip to London, staying with a host family 寄宿家庭 and studying English every morning at St. Giles College.

This is Han Hui's first trip outside of China. She is very excited to be here to practise her English and observe the differences between Britain and China. But what are those differences? Han Hui told us the differences she had experienced during her time in London.

She tried a traditional British dish of fish and chips and mushy peas 豌豆泥. And her verdict 裁决 on them? "Not bad!" she told us.

Han Hui wants to make the most of 充分利用，获取可能多的机会 her two weeks in the UK. She wants to learn as much about British culture and the English language as she can. You can see from these photos that she has certainly been doing that!
