Feifei: 今天我们要学习的词是 lippy，如果你对一个人总是很 lippy 的话，意思就是说你这个人总是顶嘴。Lippy 爱顶嘴的, 出言不逊的。 John: If you talk back to a teacher, or if you are rude to them, then you might be accused to being lippy. The word derives from the lips where you form your words. Feifei: John, have you been lippy to anyone? John: I think I used to be quite lippy when I was at school. I was always saying things back to the teacher when I wasn't supposed to. Feifei: But you're not too lippy these days?
