Jo: Well, a life coach is an advisor, someone you pay to help you make decisions, achieve your goals and solve your problems in your daily life. Jean: 原来 life coach就是人生教练,或者生命教练的意思,是一种职业,是专门为客户决策和克服人生困难的顾问。 Jo: That’s right. They help you improve your life. Jean: I see. Insert A: I don’t know what to do! I hate my job, I want to change everything but I don’t know where to start! B: Why not go to a life coach? I went to one last year, and he really helped! Jean: Do you think you need a life coach? Jo: Well, my best friend is my life coach. She helps me with all my problems. Jean: Really? Jo: Yes. And I don’t need to pay her! Jean: That’s good. Are life coaches expensive? Jo: Well, a life coach isn’t cheap, but I’m sure they are very helpful for some people. Jean: But you don’t want one? Jo: No, I’ve got my friends!
