West End musicals are always a big attraction to foreign tourists as well as British people from all parts of the UK.

Famous musicals such as Cats, Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and Mama Mia have been running for years and years, in some cases decades.

A lot of people keep going back to see the same musicals again and again. So why are these shows so popular in Britain?
