Shaun the Sheep Pizza Pop-Up game
In this fun game, Shaun the Sheep rustles up pizzas by gathering up the tastiest ingredients from Mossy Bottom Farm and baking them to perfection. Can ewe help?
How to play Shaun the Sheep Pizza Pop-up game
Step into Shaun's shoes on the day that Mossy Bottom Farm's long-awaited food truck and pizza oven opens for business. Needless to say, the flock's keen for you to baa-ke up something special!
Your job is to keep the customers happy. Each sheep will share which pizza bases or toppings they like (those with a green thumbs up) or dislike (those with a red thumbs down). It's up to you and Shaun to decide whether to follow their orders to the letter, or go rogue and come up with more creative flavour combinations – though be warned that these diners always leave reviews at the end, and only give out top marks when they get what they asked for.
After picking the pizza base and toppings, the next stage is to pop it into the pizza oven – the longer the bake, the darker and crispier the result. And last but not least, remember to divvy up the pizza into four, six or eight slices as requested, or some of your customers might end up feeling fleeced.
Mossy Bottom Farm and the mini-games
Once you've successfully dished up a pizza or two, you might feel ready to venture beyond the food truck – or you may run out of a key topping.
Now's your chance to explore the rest of Mossy Bottom Farm. Run around the fields, hop over walls and hedges, harvest vegetables, fruits and herbs that change according to the seasons, and look out for guest appearances by some of your favourite characters from the hit BBC show, including Bitzer the sheepdog, The Farmer, and Stash the squirrel.
The only way to stock up on some ingredients is to play the four mini-games placed around Mossy Bottom Farm. Find out more about each game below.
Pig Pong mini-game
The naughty pigs have decided to make you work to get more mushrooms – by playing ping-pong!
One pig fires over mushrooms and you have to redirect them with a table-tennis bat back over the net and into the waiting basket. It's a race against the clock but don't worry as you've got your very own fan club cheering you on, namely the rest of the flock and everyone's favourite fun guy (or should that be funghi?), Bitzer the sheepdog.
At the end of the game, you can choose to either play again to beat your score, or return to the food truck with your bulging basket of mushrooms.
Very Vine Tomatoes mini-game
Shaun, mischievous lamb Timmy and super-sized sheep Shirley must work together to gather the tomatoes being transported by pulleys in the barn.
Your mission is to move Shirley around the barn floor so that she can act as a trampoline for Timmy to bounce high enough to collect the ripe red tomatoes, while ignoring the unripe green tomatoes, as the seconds count down. The naughty pigs also make an appearance, dropping water bombs that stop Timmy in his tracks, unless you happen to have found a saucepan to wear as a helmet of course.
When the game finishes, play again to try and top your score, or go back to the food truck with your delicious tomatoes.
Over Eggcited mini-game
Keep your wits about you to safely gather all the eggs from the hens.
There's a constant stream of eggs being laid in the hen house, and they're rolling all over the place. With the clock ticking, you need to point the basket at the right place at the right time to stop them crashing to the floor – can you collect an eggs-cellent number of eggs, or will you be left with a poultry return?
If you want to have another crack after the game finishes, simply choose to play again, or get out of the hen house and take your basket back to the food truck.
Cheesy-Up mini-game
Shaun and his woolly friends combine their passion for ewe-nique cheeses with their love of football.
One sheep prepares the cheese in a giant cauldron and lifts it up into the sky. You then need to move Shaun to where it's going to land, so that he can score a goal – by heading it skywards and into the waiting basket held aloft by another sheep.
You can have another go when the mini-game's finished to try and beat your highest score, or exit and take your hard-earning winnings back to the food truck.
Seasonal eatings
All farms change with the seasons, and Mossy Bottom Farm is no different.
If you keep revisiting Shaun the Sheep: Pizza Pop-up throughout the year, you'll notice some differences cropping up. The ingredients growing around the farm change to reflect what's actually in season in the UK at that time of year (from basil in the summer to kale in the winter), while there are also season-specific decorations dotted around, and Shaun and the flock wear cooler outfits in the hotter months and, erm, cosy fleeces in the colder ones.
