Who are Mumford & Sons?

Mumford & Sons are a British folk rock band who formed in London in the late 2000s... and no, they're not related! Consisting of Marcus Mumford, Ted Dwane and Ben Lovett, the trio have achieved international success with huge hits like their breakthrough track Little Lion Man as well as I Will Wait and The Cave. They have also won numerous awards including two BRIT Awards, two Grammy Awards and an Ivor Novello.

What is the Radio 1 Live Lounge?

The Live Lounge is very special. It is world famous and popular with the biggest stars in music having featured the icons and legends like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Harry Styles.

It's where stars come to perform their latest songs, favourite hits and special covers from their own favourite artists. The Live Lounge has seen bands and artists cover unusual songs for their genre, such as rock band Biffy Clyro covering Golden by KPop Demon Hunters!

You never know which star might turn up in the Radio 1 Live Lounge, so make sure you're tuned in by asking your smart speaker to play Radio 1. Just remember to get your parent or guardian's permission first!
