The Museum of Scottish Lighthouses is on the site of the first lighthouses built on mainland Scotland. Visitors can browse the many artefacts donated by the Northern Lighthouse board and members of the public.

Free entry for badge holders

The Museum of Scottish Lighthouses is one of over 200 attractions around the UK that Blue Peter badge holders can get into for free.

To gain free entry, each child must have a Blue Peter badge, a valid Blue Peter badge ID card and be accompanied by a full paying or concessionary adult. If a paying adult is accompanied by two children with badges and valid badge cards, free entry will be given for both children.

If a disabled badge holder is accompanied by a registered carer, both can gain free entry. Carers must bring supporting documents.
