I'm a Blue-wheaten Ameraucana Cockerel. | | Age: | I'm just about seven months old in this picture, but now I'm ten months old. | | Owner: | Pete Akers | | Lives: | I live in a big cage outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. Out in the fresh air and trees. I'm very active and energetic. I enjoy being let out of my cage to run in a grassy pen. I'm not aggressive towards people, but I don't like other males invading my turf! | | Hobbies and interests: | My hobbies include flying up on top of things and crowing. I also like to jump and dance around when I get let out of my cage. I like to run around with Sweetie, a wheaten ameraucana pullet. We had over 20 babies this spring! | | Dislikes: | Like I said above, I don't like other cockerels. I also don't like the crazy Indiana winters and early springs. | | Plans for the future: | I plan on being shown at the Ohio Nationals in November if I stay in condition. I'll have some competition there. Hopefully my best son, Inky, and daughter, Spot, will be ready to show as well. Some of my children have been adopted by some nice people across the state, and possibly some are going to Texas! |
