Point Blank are hoping to hit the spot with their touring production Nothing to Declare.
The play (which is more than a year old) is doing the rounds at a very poignant time.
Set in a Middle Eastern war zone, it tells the story of "an obsessive interior designer" (the company press release suggests we picture Carol Smillie stranded in the West Bank or Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen forlorn in Baghdad).
Said designer is in the Middle East looking for inspiration when her lorry jack-knifes on a desert highway. Her supplies run out and she finds herself stuck.
The play is touring 14 venues in the UK and comes to Bristol's New Vic Studio as part of its month-long celebration of new visual theatre on 15/16 May 2003.
In the main role is Mandy Gordon and the play is by new writer Liz Tomlin, who is also one of Point Blank's founding co-directors.
Nothing to Declare was first performed as a work in progress in December 2001 and is touring again after success at last year's Edinburgh Festival.
