Richard was trying to get owner Carolyn Craig out of an attic when the link to the studio failed - but the whole frightening incident was all just a spoof. Were you tricked by our BBC special FX record and studio full of props? Did you realise that most of the programme was broadcast from our car park and dusty corridors at the back of the BBC Bristol building? The show became a three-hour improvised drama - just for one day! All of the guests, though, were real except for the lady of the manor herself.
