Happy Monday...

To you all, if there is such a thing?
Waking up to the news that England have lost the Ashes to Australia at the first possible opportunity, I'm not really feeling it!
So, moving on quickly, what else is happening in the world?
Tony Blair is in Israel on the fourth day of his Middle East tour. On Friday we heard from Hatam and other guests in our Gaza studio. Tension has continued to rise all weekend, a 16 year old boy was shot in the neck just an hour ago as the gun battles continue to rage, despite a supposed ceasefire. Is there anything Blair can do to calm the situation?
The most read story on the BBC News website is about Indian athlete Santhi Soundararajan being stripped of her Asian Games silver medal after failing a drugs test. What's your reaction to this?
One story I was reading about over the weekend is the storm brewing in the Episcopal Church. I've just read now that two church congregations have voted to break away from the Episcopal Church because of its decision three years ago to consecrate a gay bishop. The Truro Church and the Falls Church voted to place themselves instead under the authority of the Anglican Archbishop of Nigeria, Peter Akinola.
In Delhi, news has just broke that a politicians son has been convicted for shooting Jessica Lal, for refusing to serve him a drink at a party. The case has been mired in controversy, as Manu Sharma was originally let off the crime, until a text message campaign forced a re-examination of the case. A massive talking point in India? Sounds like it, would you like to hear more?
