What a week. Amid the doom and gloom, we're surely due for something to raise a smile? Animal stories usually do the trick...
So how about the story of an honest to goodness meerkat which popped up in the garden of Jackie Morgan in Mynydd Isa, Mold.
Or take a look at the cute but endangered orang-utan which has been born at Chester Zoo.
And remember the goat story from earlier in week? It has adopted staff at a quarry at Halkyn and has since moved in to their smoking area.
Fingers crossed next week is better.
