Plaid Cymru MP Hywel Williams has set up the write-your-own Welsh language law website using the wiki principle of allowing people to share and shape ideas.
He wants people's ideas to help create a "truly bilingual Wales", responding to cases of "obvious inequality of rights for Welsh speakers". [How to contribute]
