I'm the BBC's media correspondent and this is my brief selection of what's going on.
Two BBC radio stations facing closure, 6Music and the Asian Network, have received nine nominations in the Sony Radio Academy Awards. LBC's Nick Ferrari has five nominations, 5Live's Victoria Derbyshire three according to the Guardian.
The Digital Economy Bill was rushed through the Commons last night, losing the "orphan works" clause - and the ITV local news proposals - on the way. Powers to block some internet sites have been watered down the Guardian and the BBC report.
Government plans to revise the "crown jewels" list of sports events for free-to-air television have been shelved till after the election report the BBC.
The row about National Insurance is the main story for many of the papers as reflected in the BBC newspaper review.
