Chris - is attending the star-studded launch of Comic Relief 2009 in London
Dave - is going home to prepare for his and Chappers' epic versus with Zane Lowe tonight
Dom - is purchasing some walking socks and worrying about the other equipment he needs to go up Mount Shhhhhh
Carrie - is going to a pub quiz tonight
Rach - couldn't train yesterday 'cos her jabs were hurting, so she's having a mammoth training session today to make up for it
Aled - is trying to get on various live TV shows this morning to plug our show
