Chris has a very busy day of highs and lows - starting off with Call Of Duty 5 and then onto the dentist for an hour of Hell
Rachel is having a day of sleeping, excercising and hopefully seeing her friend Dana
Dom is going to go home and rest
Dave is making the most of an empty house and will be having "a kip"
Carrie is going on a bulb run as many of her light bulbs have gone around her house
Aled is going to sit in the audience for tonight's final of Scissorhands.
