Chris like yesterday Chris will be going for another run (3.5 miles yesterday) and then he'll be clearing out the front room again.
Dave will be communicating with the world via his blog and then he'll be "involved with business"
Aled is getting cold feet about his alchohol experiment. Tomorrow is physical exam day with the first drinking happening on Monday!
Carrie is doing Newsbeat and then having afternoon tea.
Dom is presenting the Oddbox today over at Television Centre in London.
Rachel will be attempting some excersice after her calf injury, she's then be making a treat for our guest tomorrow (Noel Gallagher!)
