We thought it would be a good idea to film ourselves whilst we were on holiday. Thing is I didn't actually really end up going away. Mr Rachel has been producing the music for an exciting new TV show. It's a spin off of Spooks. Anyway, it ran over so we didn't really go anywhere.

I realised at the end of last week that it had been my idea to record the videos so thought I better do one quickly. The best I could come up with was me in bed. Mr Rachel was responsible with the filming, but was under strict instructions to try and not reveal all the rubbish under the bed!

Anyway, there are more 'Year in the life of' vids still to come. Including a very funny one from Dave in Manchester. We all really do live the high life.

Also, they'll be another blog coming later from Aled. He's on the road all week giving away the summer version of the 'I slept with Chris Moyles' t shirts. He'll update that soon
