Summer events for kids - Dudley

Check out just some of the free events for children in summer 2007. They're all in Dudley and they're all free!

The Red Cone Glass House is open all year round with free admission. Demonstrating glass blowing with exhibitions and crafts.
Mon - Sat: 10am - 5pm, Sun: 10am - 4pm.

Summer Sportzone -Frisbee, rounders, cricket, football and many more in different parks accross the region. All sessions are organised and run by qualified play rangers from Dudley Council's sport and recreation team.
The sessions are at the folllowing parks and days every week at 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm and a family session from 4.30pm - 6.30pm.

Come and join pirates at the Museum where you can make a kit to help you become a fully fledged pirate. Broadfield House Glass Museum, 12noon - 4pm.

Saturday family craft club. Dudley Museum and Art Gallery. 1pm - 3pm.

15th September

Saturday family craft club. Red House Glass Cone. 10am - 12noon.

22nd September onwards

Discover the story of dinosaurs with giant skeletons and small fossils. Dudley Musuem and Art Gallery, from 10am - 4pm everyday except Sundays.

(This is the exhibition that was due to begin on 1st September)
