BBC WM’s Christmas Toy Appeal has been working with Social Services for the past 21 years to ensure children across the West Midlands, who face a bleak Christmas, receive at least one new present on Christmas morning. This year, as in previous years, thousands of toys were donated, thanks to the support and generosity of the BBC WM listeners. | | Collecting at St Andrews |

"We received so many toys, it was wonderful. It means that social services and other organisations helping disadvantaged children across the West Midlands, are all able to ensure a lot of children will benefit from the toys you donated. "It is because of WM listeners that thousand's of children will have a happier Christmas this year, so a big thank you to all of you that donated." |
