Whatever the weather!
The climate here this time of year, is usually warm with a few showers.
Through the window is the sun, with clouds rolling past.
Josh and Daisy are stood by a clothes rack with coats, wellies and scarves.
But the changeable weather today, is making hard to choose what to wear to the park.
Time to check the forecast.
Josh and Daisy pull some blinds across and set up a mock weather reporter style presentation screen.
To one side is a large pretend thermometer which moves as they talk about the temperature.
So far today the thermometer says we’ve had low temperatures.
It’s been a cold and blustery morning. Take out your kites and hold on tight.
Daisy sticks on some windy images and a kite to show the weather.
Be sure to wrap up, that chillingwind will blow an icy breeze.
Around lunchtime, things are getting hotter.
The sunny images are placed on the picture.
Scorching sun and clear blue sky, leading to high temperatures.
The thermometer shows a hot temperature.
Watch out for a hot slide on the behind. Don’t forget a hat and stay in the shade. Drink lots of water too.
Josh puts on a hat and sunglasses.
Around tea time clouds will be rolling in, but it’s staying warm and dry.
Perfect weather for frisbees, balls, and awesome roundabout spinning.
The thermometer moves to the middle zone.
Josh and Daisy grab the outdoor clothing.
Outside, the clouds get darker and a huge storm soaks them.
I guess forecasting the weather, isn’t such a breeze after all.
