Beth am agor caffi? Wyt ti'n gallu meddwl am wahanol bethau i werthu yn dy gaffi? Cebab ffrwythau neu smŵddi iachus efallai? Beth am greu bwydlen ar gyfer y caffi? Cofia ysgrifennu'r fwydlen mewn rhestr, ac ychwanegu prisiau.

Pan fydd pobl yn archebu eu bwyd yn dy gaffi, bydd angen i ti ysgrifennu popeth i lawr mewn rhestr er mwyn cofio beth mae pawb eisiau.

Her y siop ffrwythau

Mae chwarae siop yn hwyl. I ddechrau beth am greu arian papur i'w ddefnyddio yn y siop?

Nesaf, penderfyna os wyt ti eisiau ymweld â siop ffrwythau neu os wyt ti eisiau rhedeg y siop.

1. Os wyt ti am ymweld â'r siop fel cwsmer, gofynna i rywun arall yn y tŷ redeg y siop, a chofia greu rhestr siopa cyn mynd yno.

Dyma rai patrymau brawddeg i'w defnyddio:

• ‘Ga i… os gwelwch yn dda’
• ‘Ble mae’r orenau?’
• ‘Rydw i’n hoffi…’
• ‘Dydw i ddim yn hoffi…’
• ‘Fy hoff ffrwyth yw…’

2. Os wyt ti eisau rhedeg y siop, yn gyntaf beth am osod ffrwythau ar y bwrdd a nodi faint mae popeth yn costio? Gofynna i rywun arall yn y tŷ chwarae rôl y cwsmer. Oes basged neu fag gen ti ar gyfer y cwsmeriaid? Cofia godi tâl am unrhyw fagiau plastig, ond bydd unrhyw fagiau sy'n gallu cael eu hailgylchu yn rhad ac am ddim.

Dyma rai patrymau brawddeg i'w defnyddio:

• 'Sut galla'i dy helpu di?'
• ‘Sawl afal sydd yn y fasged siopa?’

Ysgrifenna rysáit neu gyfarwyddiadau ar gyfer creu cebab ffrwythau neu smŵddi iachus. Bydd angen ysgrifennu'r cyfarwyddiadau mewn rhestr a rhifo pob cam. Cofia ddefnyddio berfau gorchmynnol, er enghraifft, 'ychwanegwch', 'torrwch' a 'mwynhewch'.

Activity 1

Practise spelling the following fruit:

• afal (apple)
• banana
• oren (orange)
• mefus (strawberries)

Now, create a shopping list remembering to place one underneath the other, and number the fruit on your list.

Activity 2

Now, list the fruit in alphabetical order.

The café challenge

How about opening a café? Can you think of different things to sell in your café? A fruit kebab or a healthy smoothie perhaps? Create a menu. Remember to write the menu in a list, and add prices.

When people order food at your café, you'll need to write everything down in a list so that you can remember what everyone has ordered.

Activity 4

The fruit shop challenge

Playing shop is fun. To start with, how about creating some paper money to use in the shop?

Next, decide if you want to visit a fruit shop or run a fruit shop.

1. If you want to visit the shop as a customer, ask someone else in the house to be the shopkeeper, and remember to create a shopping list before you go.

Here are some sentence patterns you can use:

• ‘Ga i… os gwelwch yn dda’ - 'Can I have… please'
• ‘Ble mae’r orenau?’ - 'Where are the oranges?'
• ‘Rydw i’n hoffi…’ - 'I like…'
• ‘Dydw i ddim yn hoffi…’ - 'I do not like…'
• ‘Fy hoff ffrwyth yw…’ - 'My favourite fruit is…'

2. If you want to be the shopkeeper, firstly display the fruit on a table and note down how much everything costs. Ask someone else in the house to play the role of the customer. Have you got a basket or bag for your customers? Remember to charge for any plastic bags, but recyclable bags will be free.

Here are some sentence patterns you can use:

• 'Sut galla'i dy helpu di?' - 'How can I help you?'
• ‘Sawl afal sydd yn y fasged siopa?’ - 'How many apples are in the shopping basket?'
• ‘Beth ydy dy hoff ffrwyth?’ - 'What's your favourite fruit?'
• 'Bydd hynny'n costio ______' - 'That will cost _______'

You can accept money and give change with the paper money you created.

Activity 5

Can you write a recipe or instructions for creating a fruit kebab or a healthy smoothie? You will need to write the instructions in a list and number each step. Remember to use imperative verbs such as ychwanegwch (add), torrwch (cut) and mwynhewch (enjoy).
