WORK EXPERIENCE

The BBC offers a variety of unpaid work experience placements. These come under the following categories; technical, business support, programme making and journalism. The age range and length of the placement depend on individual jobs.

There is a lot of competition for work experience so get in early! You need to be at least 16 years old and interested in a career in journalism.
