BBC WM's Drive to stay Alive campaign aims to raise awareness of the four main causes of death and injury on the roads. • Excessive speed BBC WM's Drive to stay Alive broadcasting will include:BBC WM's Drive to stay Alive campaign launches on the Breakfast show, with Phil Upton (from 6.30am). Phil will be asking whether the driving test should be harder, and speaking to victims, their families and experts. On BBC WM's Ed Doolan show (from 10am) - they're out with the police seeing just how good West Midlands drivers are. Tuesday 15th AprilOn the Breakfast show, with Phil Upton: The parents of a teenager who died just months after passing his test will be speaking to Phil. On the Ed Doolan show: It's the big speed debate. Should we have more speed cameras? Should we have limiters on cars? Have your say. Wednesday 16th AprilOn the Breakfast show, with Phil Upton: BBC WM reveal the device that won't let your car start if you've had a drink. On the Ed Doolan show: The big debate - should we outlaw drinking and driving? Ed asks if it's time for zero tolerance. Thursday 17th AprilOn the Breakfast show, with Phil Upton: Thousands of West Midlands drivers don't belt up - we're out spotting them, and asking what can be done to change attitudes. On the Ed Doolan show: Are you confused about children and seatbelts? Do you know how tall your children and grandchildren should be before they stop using one? Ed explains all. Friday 18th AprilIt's the drive off! Phil and Franksy go head to head to see who's the better driver.
