Poppy and the Jezebels

Described as "classic indie-pop", Poppy & The Jezebels are: Mollie Kingsley on vocals and percussion; Amber Bradbury with guitar and vocals; Poppy Twist on drums and vocals and Dom Vine switching between keyboards, synth, bass, acoustic guitar, cello and vocals.

They were pupils at Swanshurst School in Birmingham and put a band together in 2005. Three years on they have signed a record deal, gigged all over the country, released two albums - and none of them are over 18 years old.

In addition, Poppy & The Jezebels have gigged with The Horrors and The Wedding Present, played a live session for BBC6 Music, played all-nighters in Mayfair for The Queens Of Noize, and modelled for Cosmo Girl. And been featured in lots of national press, from The Guardian to Artrocker and the NME.

And now they've invaded BBC WM Introducing, playing a live set with hit songs including 'Rhubarb & Custard', 'Little Red Riding Hood' and their brand new single 'UFO'.
