The Wake’s first two home grown E.P.s, which sold out immediately, attracted the attention of Mike Hurst, the legendary record producer, who now manages the band. Mike, known as ‘hit-making Hurst’, has produced more than 50 top ten singles and has just produced The Wake’s first single Holly with two haunting B-sides, available for purchase online or at gigs for £3.

Early in the new year, The Wake will be back in the studio with Mike to record the follow up single Life Like A Zoo, which mixes brit-pop and modern indie to create an excitingly fresh sound.

Join their rapidly expanding fan base by signing up to the mailing list and catching one of their intimate high energy live shows in London or Oxford.
