Patrice Evra’s Insta account will instantly make you happy

For many of us, it's the worst time of the week, staring down the barrel of five relentless days till the weekend.
But not to veteran French footballer Patrice Evra: “You can’t hate Monday. I will make you love Monday till I die!”
The former Monaco, Manchester United and Juventus defender earned a spiky reputation as a player - just ask former France boss Raymond Domenech, external- but seems to have found some joie de vivre as his career draws to a close.
In fact, now at Marseille, the 35-year-old has made his Instagram account a bountiful feast of positivity. Here are some of our favourite bits:

Evra’s infectious personality and love of Marvin Gaye are enough to summon French team-mate Paul Pogba to get involved while on international duty.
Just as well that the world's most expensive player showed up when he did, as it looked like things between Evra and that shirt were about to go to the next level.
