And so it's over. The 2016-17 Premier League season has come to an end. Like the circle of life, we saw one title-winning, 36-year-old champ leaving the field to a guard of honour while elsewhere, a 16-year-old fresh-faced newbie made his debut - becoming the first footballer born after the millennium to play in the Premier League.
