Have your say
Sean is supposed to be meeting Vinnie, but gets held up with work. As Vinnie heads off to get a bite to eat, a flustered Sean tells Kuljit he’s worried about the band he’s got lined up for St Patrick’s Night. Kuls reluctantly agrees to DJ if anything goes wrong.
At Saffrons, Dr Masud and Vinnie are enjoying Pradeep’s parathas. Masud’s making the most of being off his diet, imposed by Shazia. As he goes to wash up, Vinnie cuts his finger on a knife in the sink. Dr Masud dresses the wound and goes back to his plate. Vinnie then breaks it to Dr Masud that Pradeep is looking for a new chef, as he wants to focus on managing the restaurant. But Masud says the restaurant won’t be the same without Pradeep cooking the food! Just then, Pradeep calls on Vinnie’s expertise with taking a booking. Pradeep is clearly better suited in the kitchen, and the doctor decides they need a plan to keep him there. There’s only one person who can help… time to call Rita.
Back at the Chauhans’, Kamla jokes that it will take her months to watch all the DVDs Suresh has given her. Suresh sits down to watch one with her, and mentions his coffee and catch up with Sean yesterday. Kamla suddenly remembers something important, and kicks herself for forgetting. It’s 25 years since her husband, Mukesh, passed away. Suresh tells Kamla not to feel guilty. So much has happened in the family, they all forgot the date. But they’ve never forgotten the person. Suresh assures Kamla he’ll talk to the priest, as she mentions the shraada….
