Have your say
Pradeep’s impressed with Vinnie’s work as manager, and suggests Vinnie should manage the Sheesha Lounge. Vinnie points out he already does! But Pradeep means they should make it official. They sample a few new dishes for Saffron’s and discuss hiring a new chef. Just then a flustered Roopa comes in. A man has just tried to put a massive sign over their front door at home. It’s the new sign for the restaurant and Pradeep has written the wrong address on the delivery form. Later back at home, Rita complains to Roopa about the man trying to put up a sign out front. What an idiot – even if Roopa does think he’s fit! Just then, Rita gets a phone call, but there’s no one there when she answers…
Meanwhile, Sean and Suresh catch up at the Crown. As Sean takes a phone call to deal with a band he’s booking, Mary awkwardly asks Suresh if he has heard from Jai. He hasn’t, and Mary says it’s probably just as well. Sean doesn’t need his world turning upside down again. Mary offers to hold the fort so that Sean and Suresh can have a proper catch up. As they walk, Suresh reminisces about the old textile factory where he and Jai used to hide from Rita. Sean says he can relate to his uncle’s antics. As Suresh says how happy he is in the States, Sean gets embarrassed about his own problems with getting in to the US. Just then, Sean’s phone rings, but there’s no one there and the number’s withheld. Suresh tells Sean his Visa problem can be overcome. In fact, Suresh is looking out for another opportunity for Sean…
