It’s Mothers’ day. Sameer arrives at Zenab’s with flowers, leaving Rozena to have some ‘me time’. Imran’s surprised at how well Rozena is coping with motherhood. He expected her to be straight back in at the Rangers office.
Meanwhile, Jaggy and Simran are moving Simran’s beauty couch to Rozena’s flat, as Roz prepares to have her home facial. Jaggy’s annoyed, as he had planned to make Simran breakfast in bed! But Sim says she couldn’t really refuse – and the extra money will come in handy. Just then, Rozena emerges from her flat and tells Simran she’s sorry but she’ll have to rearrange it. Simran stifles her frustration but says that’s fine. Jaggy makes the most of the situation by setting up the couch for Simran and offering her a much deserved massage of her own.
Rozena meets Kenny at the Rangers office. Kenny defends the team’s performance and says Sameer was there and understands the situation better that Roz. Kenny also suggests Rozena could have helped the team by putting her hands in her pockets, but then says it’s best not to point fingers. They agree that a new strategy is needed. Kenny admits that he’s been distracted by personal problems. Rozena checks that Kenny is over his problems, before coldly telling him he’s fired. Kenny protests and Rozena adds salt to the wound by criticising Kenny for letting his wife run off with Brian Kavanagh! Later, Imran gives Zenab the perfect mother’s day present. He reveals he is calling his new business Zamzama. This is named after the place Zenab and Mushtaq lived in Karachi after they married. Rozena spoils the mood though, when she reveals she has sacked Kenny…
