Have your say
Kenny’s on a health kick and orders soup for lunch instead of his usual egg and chips. He explains to Jaggy he’s trying to get back in to shape, admitting he has taken Sandra for granted. Kenny feels confident about the team’s chances on Thursday, but they rue Rozena’s decision not to spend a bit more on the midfield! Kenny wonders how Sandra’s doing in her new place. He thinks it’s just a matter of time before Sandra sees sense and comes home, but then worries that she might be seeing someone else.
Rozena has another strange futuristic dream. Jibran is now 18 and working at Jilani Stores. Rozena’s on the checkout, incredulously serving Simran and being patronised by Rita. Imran comes in and gives Roz and Jibran orders, saying that the boss is right behind him. Roz tries to work out who Imran is talking about, but wakes with a start before she can make the person out. Simran’s at the door. Rozena invites her in and they have an awkward cup of tea together. Neither of them has forgotten that Simran and Jaggy owe Sameer £10,000. Now they are neighbours, Simran says she is happy to babysit Jibran anytime, doing what she can to diffuse the situation.
Later, Sameer calls Imran to make arrangements for Mothers’ Day. He’s planning a surprise for Rozena and worries that she thinks he’s up to something with Imran concerning the gym. Imran warns Sameer to be careful with Rozena. If she suspects something’s up, she’s like a dog with a bone. But Sameer says she’s just tired: a nice family party will do her the world of good!...
