Pradeep has finally decided it’s time to talk to Suresh, but Rita reveals that she has already done it! Suresh is transferring the money as they speak. Rita has even ironed Pradeep’s lucky shirt, so he’d better get changed before he starts negotiating with Jodie! Later, Rozena’s pleased to hear Pradeep has accepted the loan, but she’s annoyed about Nadia leaving. Roz tells Rita, it’s hard enough for a woman to get by in business here. She won’t get a chance abroad because village mentality will never change.
Kamla drops into Jilani Fashions for sari material and is surprised to see Rozena there. Surely her responsibilities should be with Jibran now? Rozena argues that Kamla looks after Kesar frequently. But Kamla reminds Rozena that Simran has to work. Rozena’s situation is entirely different.
As she finishes packing, Nadia starts to feel emotional. Kamla comes to say goodbye to Khatija; despite their jibes, they’ll miss each other. Khatija extends an invitation to Kamla to come and visit if she’s ever in India. Nadia and Khatija then set off for the airport…
Sway has noticed Jodie is more cheery since yesterday. They decide to look to the future, and Sway reveals he wants to run the restaurant, just for a while. Jodie knows who the best person for the job is though. Pradeep then confirms that he has the money - cash! Jodie and Sway feel certain their luck is changing, and Jodie remembers Nadia hinting at this. Meanwhile, Pradeep and Rita are ecstatic: he’s finally a businessman!
