Pradeep tells Jodie that he is definitely interested in buying Saffron Rays. She is delighted that the restaurant will be going into safe hands and wants to get going with the paperwork ASAP. When Pradeep says his finances aren’t in place yet, Jodie agrees to an extra week. She is offering him a cut price because she wants a fast sale, but she can’t wait too long. Pradeep worries about getting the money together in a week. Rita tells him to forget the banks. They’ll go straight to Suresh. They’re not letting this chance slip away.
Rita bumps into Nadia and asks how she is. Nadia says her Mum’s been brilliant, although they have their ups and downs. Nadia cheers up when Rita mentions that Jodie and Sway may be on the rocks. Later, Nadia is making plans to spruce up the Akhtar house, hoping they’ll all be back in there soon. Khatija explains that they have all made their choices; Zak wants to be in Scotland and she and Pervaiz are happy in Mirpur. They are living the life they always dreamed of.
