Jodie wakes up from a nightmare about losing Kesar. She worries that Simran won’t ever trust her with her child again. It was lucky Nadia was around. Darren gets Jaggy home after a heavy night’s drinking. Jaggy’s in such a state that Darren has to stay over. In the morning, Simran discovers Darren sleeping on the couch. She has a go at him for getting Jaggy involved in gambling, but Darren defends himself. He explains that Jaggy was desperate to get in with the Premiership boys; he used to BE one of them. Simran realises how much Jaggy has been missing the old life. Jaggy comes in and tells Simran that without her he’d have nothing. Darren tells Jaggy he’ll cover for him at work while they sort things out. Left alone, Simran tells Jaggy she has contacted a lawyer to make sure he can’t sell their flat. Now everything has to change. They have to work together to get out of this mess.
Sway pops into Jilani Fashions to pick up Shirley’s gloves. Nadia reveals that her Mum is coming home. Zenab must have told Khatija everything. Sway realises Nadia hasn’t said a word.
