Shirley pops round to see Nadia, unsure of how her visit will be received. Nadia tells Shirley she’s really happy to be so busy with work, but Shirley warns Nadia not to over do it. Shirley tells Nadia she’s welcome in London any time; Gramps would love to see her too. Shirley notices Nadia seems well and says it’s great she’s getting on with things. But after Shirley goes, Nadia can’t help shedding a few suppressed tears.
At the supermarket, Simran opens up to Jodie. Jodie’s shocked by Jaggy’s actions and says Simran should be throwing HIM out. Jodie says Simran should also check her savings account, but Sim shrugs off the idea; Jaggy’s not THAT stupid. Simran offers to pay for Jodie’s shopping, to say thanks for putting her up.
Meanwhile, Darren finds Jaggy in the pub when he should be coaching the footy team. Darren warns Jaggy that losing his job won’t help matters. A drunken Jaggy goes round to Jodie’s to find Simran. He gets in an argument with Sway, and Darren has to intervene. Jaggy says he hasn’t told Simran everything. Just then Simran arrives home, furious. Why aren’t any of her bank cards working?!...
