Have your say
Jaggy’s getting ready for a poker night with the lads from the football club. They’re celebrating their recent win. Simran says he should have invited her along. She’d clean up. But Jaggy thinks it wouldn’t look so good if the coach’s wife cleans out his colleagues. Simran and Jaggy have a couple of practice hands. It’s one-all when Jaggy decides to quit while he’s (sort of) ahead. Simran thinks that’s good poker advice. Later, Simran tells Jaggy the Santorini villa has its first tenants. They’re off to a good start.
Elsewhere, Bibi is getting responses to the profiles she’s posted on the marriage website, on behalf of her sons. Bibi invites Zenab over to hers for Eid. But Zenab says she is expecting Imran and Luca, and Rozena, Sameer and baby Jibran. Never outdone, Bibi mentions she’s cooking for numbers in the double figures. Zenab mentions buying sweet treats, so Bibi says she’s making her own. Everyone will be talking about her baklava!
On the phone from Pakistan, Nadia promises Sway she’ll start looking for flights after Eid. Sway says when Nadia comes home he’ll have more reason to cook, rather than eat frozen meals. Later at Jilani Stores, Zenab notices Sway buying his meal for one. Sway mentions that things are looking up with Nadia’s parents. But Zenab asks if them just being ‘okay’ with him is enough.
