As the quizmaster rounds up day one of the quiz, the team is still bickering. Vinnie seems jealous of Deepika’s flirting with Alex. Mary criticizes the absent Jungli. Alex comes over to the table and whispers in Deepika’s ear. If she comes and finds him at reception later, he can help her out. Later, Alex and Deepika find a nice little pub with a beer garden and stop for lunch. There, Deepika notices Jungli and a woman. She decides to keep an eye on him and not make a scene…
Jungli tells Maxine the trip to Reading was the perfect opportunity for them to have time to themselves, and make a fresh start. He loves her. Maxine’s had enough of being strung along though. She had to put her foot down. She asks Jungli if he’s capable of changing his ways. As the ice begins to melt, Jungli and Maxine reminisce. They remember camping by a river. Maxine tells him that she couldn’t deal with being his dirty little secret. Has he told his family about her yet? Jungli admits making up a story for his family about being in Dubai. But now he feel’s it’s time to introduce Maxine to Bibi, despite the potential health risks to his mother!
