Sway wonders why Jodie didn’t tell him that Kuljit was manic at the bonfire display, if he’d known, he would have tried to take more pressure off him at the studio. Jodie reminds him that he has been avoiding her. They both agree to keep a closer eye on Kuljit. Sway is just worried that Kuljit won’t talk about the split.
Jaggy and Simran are visiting a potential private school for Kesar. Jaggy’s not really impressed as Kesar is far too young to make the most of all the flash things they’ve got there, it’s just for the benefit of the parents. Simran believes they need to give him the best start in life but Jaggy doesn’t want his son turning into a snob and forgetting where he’s come from.
Vinnie pays Deepika a visit. She tells him she needs help in getting people on board for this quiz competition in Reading. Wanting to impress Deepika, he heads straight over to Jodie’s café who refuses point blank to go to any quiz weekend. Sway walks in saying the studio has crashed and they may have wiped everything they’ve recorded but he’s given Kuljit some space to sort it. Jodie then randomly asks Sway whether he understood why she had to finish with Kuljit. Sway says he does as he answers a phone call from Nadia in Pakistan.
