Jodie and Vinnie are giving Saffron Rays a lick of paint. Kuljit phones Jodie and invites her to see a film, but she says she won’t make it and suggests Kuls takes Sway instead.
Meanwhile, Vinnie reminds Jodie that she can trust him to run things at the restaurant – Mani does. The cash books are up to date and he has everything under control. She can still make the film. But Jodie says keeping her dad’s business running smoothly is more important. Meanwhile, Kuljit and Sway drive to the cinema, but not for the chick-flick Kuls had in mind for Jodie. They’re off to see The Godfather!
Roopa’s enduring being at home with Krishan. Her lazy brother’s texting from downstairs to ask how to make a smoothie. It’s the start of half-term, so she’ll have to suffer his company for a whole week! Bina’s excited by her horoscope, but Roopa’s gloomy about the prospect of signing on.
