Have your say

Roopa’s hanging around at the Crown, still angling for a job. Sean insists he doesn’t need anyone, and berates Brian for not being more helpful. But Brian calls his flirting with customers ‘creating a rapport’. Brian reckons the pub could use some new blood, and suggests getting rid of the current stuffy management – aka Sean!

Over a pint, Vinnie complains to Sway that Jodie’s on his back at Saffron Rays. Can’t Sway get Kuls to have a word with her? Sway says he’s keeping out of it. Kuljit needs to sort out his own problems.

Roopa tells Vinnie she feels like a failure not having a job. Jas and Nadia are off following their dreams and Sean’s also thinking about his future. Vinnie tells Roopa to put a positive spin on things. She doesn’t have a job because she needs to take time to decide the right course of action. But Roopa’s next plan of action involves watching a DVD at Vinnie’s, with the chips he’s had to buy her!

Later, Sean admits to Brian that he’s stressed about running the pub on his own. Brian reminds Sean that he’s there to help, and Mary and Bill are due back soon. Sean admits he’s been working hard to make it easier for his Gran to run the pub. And to ease his guilt when it comes to leaving…
