Mani is helping Zenab sort through Mushtaq’s old clothes. It can’t have been easy for Zenab to go through it all, but she says she’s pleased to help people who need them. Zenab reminds Mani to pack for his trip to India, but he says he’s been too busy. There’s so much to do, including organising the new Parkside manager. He’s also worried about Jodie and in two minds about leaving. Mani then discovers a shirt he gave Mushtaq and he and Zenab talk about old times over a cup of tea.
Outside the studio, Kuljit tells Nadia not to worry about seeing her parents. They’ll be over the moon to see her, and he’ll be thinking of her while she’s away. Sway impresses Nadia with his knowledge of one or two of the areas she’ll be visiting in Pakistan – he’s obviously been reading up. Nadia’s confident that when she gets back from her trip, she and Sway will be rock solid.
Mani asks Kuljit what’s going on with Jodie. Why is he sleeping on the sofa? Kuls explains that Jodie just needs some space. Mani suggests that Kuljit might give Jodie a bit more space if he wants the dust to settle…
