Jas is on the phone to her mum, mocking Pradeep about turning 50, when Pradeep makes an energetic entrance – all done up to go jogging. After his clean bill of health from Dr Hassan. Pradeep’s ready to face the world, and he challenges Jas and Roopa to come with him.
On the way, Pradeep mentions to Jas that she needs to find a nice young man to marry – which doubles Jas’s speed! Later on, Pradeep feels the effects of overdoing it, but hasn’t forgotten what he said to Jas – there might be some ‘potentials’ at the Navratri party at Uncle Rajan’s shared accommodation next week!
Elsewhere, Jilani fashions is getting busy, with people getting ready for the Eid and Navratri festivities. Nadia and Shazia remember Eids-past and Shazia can tell that Nadia misses her family. Shazia suggests a trip to see them with Sway – but Nadia says it isn’t that easy. Nadia asks about Shazia’s wedding plans – Shazia and Hassan are going to keep their Nikah simple – in contrast to what Simran’s planning for Jodie and Kuls – but could Shazia be tempted to change her mind?
