Rozena complains to Zenab about Sameer’s mother and her constant interference with looking after the baby – not to mention her fishing for details about Isabel and Luca. Zenab is interrupted by a visitor – it’s Bibi, armed with a DVD –which turns out to be a bit ‘spicy’ and, they agree, probably best saved for after Ramzaan!
Bibi over hears Zenab telling Rozena she may spend Eid with Imran (it’ll be Luca’s first Eid). Roz is upset, as it’s also Muna’s. Bibi asks Zenab whether she might be depressed, noticing her all alone with the curtains closed. Perhaps Zenab should see Dr Hassan. Zenab insists she doesn’t need help – especially from Hassan - but is she just feeling embarrassed after their last conversation?
Elsewhere, Jodie tells Sway she’s annoyed Kuljit isn’t around to make wedding plans with her –he hasn’t even told his Dad about their engagement. Sway leaves an anxious message on Kuljit’s mobile – things have gone too far. Kuls had better get back soon – and come clean - before Jodie goes into wedding prep overdrive!
