Rozena’s goes out for a coffee, she’s going stir crazy in the flat. She’s two days past her due date and Sameer’s feeling very anxious. Jodie jokes she’s got plenty of towels and hot water behind the counter if needed! Jodie tells Kuljit she wants to rebrand the café ‘Pumpworks.’ She realises he’s not listening; his mind’s on the Mela. They’ll both be busy what with Jodie’s stall. Kuljit asks if she can do some extra baking for one of his acts, Ronnie Zee, who has a very sweet-tooth. Kuljit promises to help her out, he hasn’t forgotten the Mela’s the same day as her birthday.
Rozena drops in at Jilani fashions. Nadi and Bibi are busy preparing for the Mela fashion show. They both have different views about what should appear in the show. Nadia points out that she’s the boss but Bibi thinks that as the elder she should be managing Nadia. Isabel arrives with some flyers. Rozena asks whether Imran’s got her on the payroll now. The two women start arguing again. Isabel points out that the Jilani business is part of Luca’s life whether Rozena likes it or not.
Back at the flat, Sameer’s keen to get things ready for the baby but Rozena doesn’t want to tempt fate. This baby means the world to her and the thought scares her. Sameer assures her she’s going to be a great mum.
